Template

Cut out dimensions for females are 8 inches wide by 6 inches deep with a 3-inch depth, while for males, it should be 7 inches wide by 5 inches deep with a 3-inch depth.

Sharpie

This is for marking the foam areas to be cut out.

Foam Cover

This is a knit nonskid bottom and can be hand-washed, and air dried. It will not protect from moisture so we recommend covering the foam with a thin plastic bag under this cover.
